Welcome back to our monthly blog on life at Data Intellect, where we bring you the latest regional updates on social activities in the company. Each month, we’ll dive into our regular outings, social clubs, quarterly team challenges, community/charity events and much more!
Pride
With Belfast Pride occurring this month, we decided to celebrate in the Belfast office!
Alongside our annual Pride Quiz, there was a free lunch, with plenty of pride themed decorations to match the rainbow cupcakes!
The quiz followed in the evening, with 6 rounds of pride themed questions, alongside questions covering popular culture, music, history and world events! In the end however, there could only be one winner, with Aquizzical taking first prize!
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, and to Rebecca for organising the events!

Free Friday Drinks
Free Friday Drinks was back this month, with a special 4th of July edition! (except instead of barbecue we had pizza and instead of fireworks there was torrential rain)
Despite the weather setback, a great time was had by all, with the Sunflower acting as a great host as always! Make sure to join us next month when the Free Drinks will return!

Data Intellect Day Out
July marked the return of the annual Data Intellect Day Out! Each summer, we like to take the team out for a day of activities, with this year being a trip to Prison Island followed by a trip to Lavery's for food and drinks, and to play some pool!
Prison Island was very active, with 3 separate activities planned throughout the day. The first of which was the main Prison Island series of challenge rooms, where we split up into teams to see who could secure the most points by completing challenges, involving memory, puzzle solving, and various physical tests! This was followed up with axe throwing, where everyone was able to channel their inner lumberjack, and the puzzle box rooms, where everyone had to put on their thinking caps to solve some mind breaking puzzles!
After a packed day at Prison Island, a trip to Lavery's was needed for some well deserved refreshments and some relaxing games of pool to end the day! Check out some of the photos from the events below!

Singapore Update
Now we're heading back home (if you live in Singapore) by giving an update on the team out there!
The team in Singapore has been growing steadily over the past few months, and new people means more events! The team went out for dinner and drinks, one of their many events throughout the year!
