Five-a-Side
5-a-side was back this month at the usual spot, and there was a great turnout this month! (too soon to say 11-a-side starting soon perhaps?)
You may have noticed yourself that the past few weeks have been unseasonably warm for Belfast, and I'm willing to throw out all common sense and say that Belfast will be sunny going forward everyday forever, so why not come along for a kickabout in the sun?

Free Friday Drinks
Free Friday Drinks was back this month in the usual spot, with the usual free drinks and pizza!
With the sun blessing us with its presence these days, it seems like everyone in Belfast had the same idea as us! Make sure to get down to Free Friday Drinks nice and early to get yourself a spot!

London Social Update
Taking a break from events in Belfast, we are off to London for a quick update!
Outside of Belfast, DI has its biggest presence in London, with many social events occurring throughout the year! This time the team went to the driving range, with some scenic views of the city in the background, this was a great event to unwind, get to know other team members and take in the sights of the city!

Easter Egg Hunt
April saw the passing of Easter this year, so to get into the spirit of the season we had an Easter Egg Hunt!
For those of us who are good at finding things (not me, you should try on my glasses) there was great competition! Not only was everyone looking to find the most eggs, but the real challenge lay in holding off on eating them until they could be counted! An intense competition ensued, with everyone looking high and low, and even discovering parts of the office they had never seen before!
In the end there could only be one winner, with Cliona securing the prize by finding the most eggs! Thank you to everyone who took part, and who knows, could there be some stray eggs left to find? Only time will tell!

Mario Kart Tournament
Saving the best until last, the month was rounded out with the second annual Mario Kart Tournament!
Tensions have been high since last year, with everyone eager for another shot at the top spot, and with last year's winner banished from the competition never to return, there was everything to play for! The competition started off with a bang, as everyone has been putting in the practice from last year, with some incredible driving talent on display!
A quick pit stop in between rounds allowed everyone to grab some pizza and drinks, before playing other games in the buildup to the grand final! This year saw Tin and Peter face off in the final, with Tin ultimately taking first prize, with Peter a close second, and Jude winning the third place matchup!
Congratulations to the medal winners and all those who took part, and a huge thank you to Rebecca for organising a great event two years in a row!
