Quarterly Teams Challenge
June marked the end of the go-karting challenge, and we had several teams out on the track over the past few weeks!
With the People and Finance team sitting atop the leaderboard at the end of the last month, it was up to Race Condition, Formula None and the team in Hong Kong to see if they could steal the top spot away from them! With both teams putting in a good challenge, taking turns at ridiculous speeds and leaving braking to the people at the bottom of the leaderboard, Formula None finished in fourth place with the Hong Kong team and Race Condition taking up podium spots, finishing in third and second respectively!
A huge congratulations to the People and Finance team for winning the team race, Dangis for submitting the fastest lap, and to everyone who took part! Make sure to follow along with future blogs to see what next quarter's team challenge will be!

Free Friday Drinks
With summer fully underway now, Free Friday Drinks was back at the Sunflower this month!
With a great turnout as usual, there's no better way to unwind after a busy week than having some free pints in the sun!

Summer Games in New York
The team in New York went out this month to play summer games! Known for it's polarising weather (not like that kind of warm kind of not weather we get in Belfast) and the team were able to make the most of the sunny weather!
The team were able to play a few different games, including Lawn Pong, Bocce Ball, Cornhole and Frisbeer! With plenty of refreshments including food and drinks, it was a great day out to make the most of the summer sun!

Five-a-Side
Five-a-Side was back this month! The weather almost held (with an involuntary outdoor shower break occurring mid-match) but this didn't deter the teams from giving 100% out on the pitch!
A high-scoring affair as always, there was plenty of skill on display, and great teamwork and determination meant it was a close match throughout!
