Looks like everyone is back from their holidays!

This month was packed; We had mini-golf, rollercoasters, pizza, dogs and cats galore!

We even had… the Cube.

This month we had EVERYTHING.

Dogs, and Cats, and Pets, Oh My!

A couple of our number ventured to the Mid Antrim Animal Sanctuary this month to help out! It was a lovely day to go out on a walk with our new furry friends, as well as playing with some of the animals that stayed inside. Not just playing with the animals though as some elbow grease was used to clean up their living areas.

I also heard a rumour that one or two cats may have been taken home soon after this session, and could you blame them? Look at their little faces….

They should do the Hexagon next

London’s summer party has arrived and the team took to… the Cube! It was just like they were on telly!

The teams battled it out on all the minigames against the clock! Nothing like a countdown time limit to make your brain go empty! I’m sure a lot of the players employed their elite problem solving skills to solve the challenges placed before them in the Cube. Good to see so many join!

Quarterly Challenge

golfSigapro

Fantastic effort from the Honky Lasers team in Hong Kong for last quarter’s challenge but now, the next challenge is in town.

This quarter’s challenge is Mini-Golf! Some tried out golf last month and decided that what could make it better was to make it SMALL. We’ve had one team already make the trip out in Singapore to avoid some windmills and get the lowest score possible! Let’s make some competition for them…

Belfast bouldering and boardgames

We returned to a few older favourites during the board games night with some good ole rooting tooting cowboys trying to save the sheriff and oust some outlaws. You’ll be happy to know that while it was a close game, the Sherriff and the good guys won! And I finally caved and bought my own bouldering shoes, it only took what, a year? If they don’t give me Spiderman powers I am going to be severely disappointed.

New York Pizza Party

The Belfast office may like ordering in pizzas but the New York team take it a step further and make them themselves! They donned their aprons and chef hats (culinary inclined rats not included) to make their own pizza from scratch!

This is one of the best art forms because at the end of it you get to eat your masterpiece. What I want to know is did anyone manage to spin the pizza dough around on their finger like a basketball?

DI Day Out: Emerald edition

It’s true, we did venture south to greener pastures to take our annual day trip to Emerald Park! We had quite a turnout as family was invited along as well and while some people braved the roads down themselves, making a weekend out of the trip, some people hopped on the (party) bus where fun goody bags were enjoyed on the trip down and back.

The park had something for everyone whether you were wanting to check out the various birds of prey and fluffy sheep (fun combo), or if you dared to try it, the rollercoasters! The adrenaline rush was real and amazing. I’m pretty sure that nobody was able to go on every single ride but you know what that means… We have to go again!

Tune in next month to see some more social events!
