When I started, I had no prior experience with kdb+, but the program provided extensive training from a beginner level and beyond. The combination of internal bootcamps, individual learning videos, and in-person lessons was exceptional.

When I first started with Data Intellect, I had just graduated from university and was only a few months out. The first thing I got started on was the SEGA training. The course was great, starting from scratch and covering the basics of OOP and Java over a few weeks. It also included other languages and frameworks used in DI, like Python, C++, and React, along with concepts like unit testing and Git. This training gave me a refresher on what I had already worked with and helped me build confidence with new technologies. It really prepared me for my first client and made the transition smoother.

Being able to learn the fundamentals of kdb+ and q from developers who use it on a daily basis helped instill an understanding of not only how the q language works but also the best practices for its use.
