Experience and skills required:

  • 2:1 in a business-related degree
  • Strong understanding and demonstration of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail (comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own time and resources and prioritise tasks 
  • Willingness to travel outside NI as and when required 
  • Ability and willingness to work hours as required to complete the task
  • Analytical thinking, ability to understand and create charts

Experience and skills desired*:

  • Knowledge of the Fintech industry is advantageous (Finance or Software Industry)

Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

As Operations Executive, you will be required to support the wider Business Development team with daily tasks, such as: 

  • Management of Resource across the consultancy business - Updating and tracking the consultant management system
  • Creating and amending business contracts
  • Preparation of consultant CV’s 
  • Meeting and liaising with new graduate consultants 
  • Completing onboarding documentation relating to Data Intellect consultants joining a new client or extending with an existing client 
  • Prepare documents for the Finance Team such as the EOM spreadsheet / review monthly client billing. 
  • Assisting with monthly reporting for management team and board

 

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills, with the hope of taking on some of the following tasks: 

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events 
  • Help with some of the Sales Operations Tasks
  • Proactive feedback on market insights 
  • Assisting and liaising with customer to help further relationships
  • Writing reports that provide feedback to the management team about customer meetings, client requirements and their strategic outlook 
  • Suggest in-house product or technical developments based on Client feedback or requirements 
  • Help maintain and run the resource management for the consultancy business
