As Data Intellect grows, both internally and globally, so too does our commitment to tackling the global climate crisis.

Our company targets align with the EU Sustainable Development Goals and it is our belief that smart and scalable data solutions can contribute to the collective goals of carbon neutrality and resource circularity in a lasting and impactful way.

ENVIRONMENT.

The collective targets for lessening the climate crisis are clear and it’s up to us now to continue implementing various sustainability measures across our global offices.

Recycling and waste sorting programs, improved water filtration to reduce bottled water usage, motion sensor lighting and other energy-saving initiatives are already in place and our remote-working arrangements and EV technology incentives will dramatically alter employee travel and commuting.

SOCIAL.

We are equally committed to positively impacting those around us and contributing to the broader communities in which we operate.

Across our global offices, we ensure that we recruit based on ability without bias to gender or ethnicity and recognise this as our corporate responsibility.

In countries outside the UK we ensure that the business gives opportunities to employ and be managed by local staff. From experience, we know that our teams are motivated and engaged when working in a diverse and inclusive environment.

From the early days of Data Intellect, our commitment to ethical business practice and leadership with integrity has been unerring and with recent shifts in industry culture, we’re seeing more accurate and transparent accounting methods, diversity in leadership, and accountability to shareholders.

We fully support incorporating ESG considerations into our everyday practice as we believe this leads to long term and sustainable business success and benefits all in society.
